Operation surface 24 puts detection part 41 of detection switch 4 in an ON state or an OFF state in accordance with movement of locking member 2. Guided parts 23a and 23b approach hole formation part 54 in accordance with movement of locking member 2 from unlock position P2 to lock position PI, where hole formation part 54 is a part in which through-hole 53 of housing part 5 is formed.
