The invention relates to an adjustable seat comprising a lower frame (18) comprising a pair of non-parallel support legs (42), wherein each support leg (42) comprises an upper portion (48), a lower forward portion (44), and a lower aft end (52), wherein each support leg (42) is vertically and longitudinally angled toward a central location so that the distance between the upper portions (48) and the distance between the lower forward portions (44) are each less than the distance between the lower aft ends (52).
