The intelligent battery controller device can include a power monitor and control system that monitors: an output power output by the battery to one or more external devices via the power output interface; and an input power received by the battery via the power input interface. Based on the output power and the input power, the intelligent battery controller device may determine a power level of a plurality of predefined power levels. A power level message can be transmitted to an external device that receives power from the intelligent battery controller device.",
