The present disclosure provides an intelligent charging energy routing system and an implementation method thereof. The intelligent charging energy routing system includes an intelligent charging energy router and charging piles. The intelligent charging energy router includes an electrical system and a management scheduling system. A maximum output power limited by the intelligent charging energy routing system is less than a sum of rated powers of the charging piles. The management scheduling system includes a control subsystem. The control subsystem includes a central processing unit (CPU). The CPU sets and reads the maximum output power limited by the intelligent charging energy routing system, and sends power control instructions to the charging piles based on a result of calculation of a sum of actual powers of the charging piles, the maximum output power limited by the intelligent charging energy routing system, and required powers. The charging piles receive and execute the power control instructions delivered by the management scheduling system. The intelligent charging energy routing system controls the sum of the actual powers of the charging piles to be not greater than the maximum output power limited by the intelligent charging energy routing system, to fully and effectively use an input power of the intelligent charging energy routing system.
