[0002] The brake hydraulic pressure control apparatus according to the present invention is a brake hydraulic pressure control apparatus (60) for a vehicle (100) that includes: a base body (70) that is formed with a channel (26) of a brake fluid; a motor assembly (40) that includes a rotor (42) and a stator (41) and drives a pump device (31) provided in the channel (26); a control board (51) of a controller (50) that controls the motor assembly (40); and a housing (76) that accommodates the control board (51), and that further includes: a permanent magnet (49) that is attached to the motor assembly (40) and rotates with the rotor (42); and a detection sensor (52) that detects a magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet (49). The motor assembly (40) is arranged in a space that is surrounded by the base body (70) and the housing (76), the control board (51) is arranged in a rotation axis (42a) direction of the rotor (42) in a manner to oppose the permanent magnet (49), and the detection sensor (52) is mounted on the control board (51).",
