A battery power-on circuit, the battery power-on circuit comprising a power supply circuit and a switch circuit, wherein the power supply circuit comprises a battery power supply unit (11), a first voltage-dividing resistor (R1), a second voltage-dividing resistor (R2) and a fourth switching device (Q4); the switch circuit comprises a dual-channel voltage comparison unit (21) and a power-on control unit (22); a first input terminal (PACK+) of the dual-channel voltage comparison unit (21) is electrically connected to a positive electrode of the battery power supply unit (11), and a second input terminal ((PACK-) thereof is electrically connected to an output terminal of the fourth switching device (Q4); and the dual-channel voltage comparison unit (21) is used to transmit a first control signal to a first control terminal of the power-on control unit (22) when the voltage of the positive electrode of the battery power supply unit (11) is lower than a reference voltage so as to turn off the fourth switching device (Q4), and is also used to transmit a second control signal to a second control terminal of the power-on control unit (22) when the voltage of the output terminal of the fourth switching device (Q4) is higher than the reference voltage so as to tum on the fourth switching device (Q4). The automatic powering on of the battery power supply unit (11) when a load is connected is achieved.
