"textContent": "In earth leakage detection device (10), in order to shorten a period during which a voltage at a measurement point deviates from a measurement range, one end of coupling capacitor (Cc) is connected to a current path of power storage unit (20) connected to load (2) in a state of being insulated from the ground. Voltage output unit (11a, G1) generates a periodically changing periodic voltage, and applies the periodic voltage to the other end of coupling capacitor (Cc) via first resistor (R1). Second resistor (R2) and third resistor (R3) are connected in series between a node between coupling capacitor (Cc) and first resistor (R1) and a predetermined fixed potential. Voltage measurement unit (11b) measures a voltage at a voltage dividing point between second resistor (R2) and third resistor (R3). Earth leakage determination unit (11c) determines presence or absence of an earth leakage between the current path of power storage unit (20) and the ground based on the measured voltage.",
