An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a hybrid apparatus provided in a housing having one side coupled to a transmission and the other side coupled to an engine, the hybrid apparatus including: a P motor and a P motor; and a torsion damper disposed between the P motor and the P motor, in which the torsion damper includes an anti-scattering unit configured to prevent foreign substances, which are generated by compression of the torsion damper, from being released and introduced into the P motor and the P motor.
