SERVICE TUBE ASSEMBLY FOR A GAS TURBINE ENGINE

A tube assembly (22) includes an adjustable joint having a flange (42) axially movable along an end fitting (32) having a male/female connection with a mating part (26). The flange (42) is threadably engaged with the end fitting (32) to provide for the adjustment of the position of the flange (42) along the end fitting (32). The adjustable joint accommodates thermal effects and tolerance stack-up in a male/female connection.
