GAS TURBINE PLANT

This gas turbine plant is provided with: a gas turbine; an exhaust line; a waste heat recovery boiler that generates steam from the heat of exhaust gas and guides the exhaust gas to the exhaust line; a carbon dioxide recovery device that recovers carbon dioxide included in the exhaust gas; a heat exchanger that is disposed between the waste heat recovery boiler and the carbon dioxide recovery device and that cools the exhaust gas to a predetermined temperature; and a circulation line that branches from a position between the carbon dioxide recovery device and the heat exchanger
