A controller that controls the electric brake device is provided. The controller executes, when a predetermined condition is satisfied, a positional control for driving a motor and moving a propeller shaft that transmits the driving force of the motor to the braking member toward the member-to-be-braked as compared to when the predetermined condition is not satisfied.",
