Guide (114) for a sliding glazing, in particular for an automobile, said guide (114) being intended to be fastened onto a glazing (12) and to cooperate with a glass run seal (10), said guide (114) comprising a body made of a single piece and having an elongated shape along an axis (A), said body comprising: - a fastening portion (114a) extending along said axis (A) and having a face (114a1) configured to be fastened onto the glazing (12), and - a guide portion (114b) extending along said axis (A) and being cross sectional L-shaped, said guide portion (114b) comprising a wall (114b1) substantially parallel to said face (114a1) and a free rib (114b2) substantially perpendicular to said face (114a1), said free rib (114b2) including at least one non-planar lateral face (128, 130).
