If a wire is broken at a connecting portion , the connection with a negative electrode wiring is broken and the second discharge circuit is lost. However, the switching element is connected to the negative electrode wiring via a board wiring and a relay wiring , and the first discharge circuit is maintained. If a wire is broken at a connecting portion , the connection with the first discharge resistor is broken and the first discharge circuit is lost, but the second discharge circuit is maintained. When a wire is broken at a connecting portion , the connection between the switching element and the second discharge resistor is maintained at the connecting portion , and the first discharge circuit and the second discharge circuit are maintained. According to the invention, a discharge can be maintained even if a disconnection occurs in a connecting portion with a discharge resistor.",
