  "textContent": "A rubber composition is disclosed comprising: (1) 10 phr to 70 phr of a solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber having a glass transition temperature (Tg) which is within the range of from -85°C to -20°C, and a bound styrene content which is within the range of from 10 to 40 percent; (2) 0 phr to 50 phr of emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber having a glass transition temperature (Tg) which is within the range of from -65°C to -45°C and having a bound styrene content which is within the range of 15 to 30 percent; (3) 20 phr to 60 phr of a 1,4-polybutadiene rubber having a cis 1,4-isometric content of at least 95 percent and having a glass transition temperature (Tg) which is within the range of from -90 °C to -110°C; (4) 50 phr to 250 phr of silica, preferably precipitated silica or amorphous synthetic precipitated silica; and (5) from 2 phr to 10 phr a carbon black. The silica is treated with 3 phf to 6 phf of a silica coupling agent. Also, a tire comprising such a rubber composition is disclosed and a method of manufacturing.",
