Problem to be Solved: To provide a fuel cell vehicle capable of efficiently protecting a fuel tank and improving cooling efficiency of a fuel cell unit. [0002] Solution: The fuel cell vehicle of the present invention includes: a riding part configured to be able to allow a passenger to ride in; a drive part including a rear wheel and a motor configured to drive the rear wheel; and a compartment that mounts a fuel cell unit configured to generate electric power used to drive the motor and a fuel tank configured to store fuel used for generation of the electric power in the fuel cell unit, the drive part being located on a rear side of the vehicle with respect to the riding part, the compartment including a tank compartment located between the riding part and the drive part and an air inlet duct configured to allow air to flow into the compartment, the fuel tank being disposed such that the Shut-off valve of the fuel tank is directed to one side in a vehicle width direction in the tank compartment, the air inlet duct being located closer to one side in the vehicle width direction from the Shut-off valve and overlapped on the Shut-off valve as viewed in the vehicle width direction, the compartment including a venting port configured to vent the air inlet duct with the tank compartment.
