A device for measuring electrode potential according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a body part, in which an insertion part, into which a cylindrical secondary battery with a separated beaded partis inserted, is formed on one surface thereof, a cover part covering the one surface of the body part, a working electrode terminal fixed to the body part and connected to a first electrode of the cylindrical secondary battery; and a counter electrode terminal fixed to the body part and connected to a second electrode of the cylindrical secondary battery, wherein the insertion part includes a first insertion part, into which a cap assembly of the cylindrical secondary battery is inserted, a second insertion part, into which a case of the cylindrical secondary battery is inserted, and a third insertion part, into which a first electrode tab of the cylindrical secondary battery is inserted, wherein the second insertion part comprises a case insertion part, into which the case of the cylindrical secondary battery is inserted, and an injection part that extends from the case insertion part to an opening direction of the case of the cylindrical secondary battery and can inject an electrolyte, and wherein a reference electrode terminal is connected to the injection part.
