[0003] [Solution] [0004] A mounting structure for an electric component (22) includes: a fixing bracket (21) provided with a placement part (21A) with a placement surface (21a) on which the electric component (22) is placed, the fixing bracket (21) being fixed to a front-side fixing part (21C), a rear-side fixing part (21D) and a bracket (11) provided on an upper surface (2a) of a floor panel (2) of a vehicle (1); and a cover member (23) including a ceiling wall (23A), a front wall (23B), a rear wall (23C), a left side wall (23D) and a right side wall (23E) extending downward from the ceiling wall (23A), the cover member (23) being configured to cover the fixing bracket (21) and the electric component (22) from above and from a side.
