The body portion (10) is connected to a first end portion (201) of the grip portion (20). The battery pack (30) is attached to a second end portion (202) thereof. The electric tool (1) in its entirety, including the body portion (10), the grip portion (20), and the battery pack (30), may stand by itself with a bottom surface (311), opposite from the grip portion (20), of the battery pack (30) put on a mounting surface.
