INVERTING AND BOOSTING DEVICE AND POWER GENERATION SYSTEM

An inverting and boosting device and a power generation system are provided. The inverting and boosting device includes a first inverter, a second inverter, a transformer and a ring main unit electrically connected with a high-voltage side of the transformer. The first inverter is electrically connected with a first low-voltage side of the transformer, and the first inverter and the first low-voltage side are arranged on a same side of the transformer. The second inverter is electrically connected with a second low-voltage side of the transformer, and the second inverter and the second low-voltage side are arranged on a same side of the transformer. In the above inverting and boosting device, the first inverter and the first low-voltage side are arranged on the same side of the transformer, and the second inverter and the second low-voltage side are arranged on the same side of the transformer, thereby reducing the difficulty of connecting the first inverter with the transformer and the difficulty of connecting the second inverter with the transformer, and effectively reducing a length of a required cable and the cost.
