[0003] [Solution] [0004] A control device is to be mounted on a hybrid vehicle including an engine (2), a manual transmission (4) connected to a driving wheel (6), a clutch (7) configured to be switched between an engaged state where power is transmitted between the engine (2) and the transmission (4), and a release state where the power is not transmitted therebetween, and a motor generator (3) to transmit power thereof to the driving wheel (6), a gear stage being switched according to an operation of a clutch pedal (71) and an operation of a shift lever (40) by a driver.
