A clutch mechanism is arranged between the first shaft section (102) and the second shaft section (103). In an engaging state, a transmission connection is established between the first shaft section (102) and the second shaft section (103), and in this case, a controller (502) determines that the vehicle enters a driving mode. In a disengaging state, the transmission connection between the first shaft section (102) and the second shaft section (103) is disconnected, and in this case, the controller (502) determines that the vehicle enters a game mode.
