CAST WHEEL FOR STRADDLED VEHICLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

A method for producing a cast wheel for a straddled vehicle includes a casting step of forming, by casting, an intermediate product including a ring-shaped rim, a hub located inner to the rim and a plurality of spokes coupling the rim and the hub to each other; and a cutting step of performing a cutting process on the intermediate product after the casting step. The intermediate product formed in the casting step further includes a plurality of plate-like connection portions each connecting two spokes adjacent to each other among the plurality of spokes. The plurality of plate-like connection portions are removed in the cutting step.
