The resilient and shock absorber arrangement () is adapted to dampen a shock load received by the implement. The resilient and shock absorber arrangement () is provided between sliding assembly (), and at least one of second end cover () and adjustable assembly (). At least one of the adjustable assembly () and the sliding assembly () is configured to be moved with respect to the housing () to vary the draft of the implement.
