A cover enveloping portion 128 of a cover member 114 has a first end portion 134 engaged with the cushion rear portion 120 and a second end portion 136 that covers over a front surface 122a of the cushion folded portion 122 to the periphery of the cushion front portion 124 and is engaged with a back surface 122b of the cushion folded portion 122. A cover extension portion 130 is connected to the cover enveloping portion 128 by means of a joint portion 131 and is engaged with the frame side plate part 116.
