HEIGHT DETERMINATION METHOD AND DEVICE

A method for determining a height of a road target in a driving process and an apparatus are provided and are applied to the field of automated driving or intelligent driving. The method includes: first determining a target object on a road, and determining a height threshold of the road based on the target object, to obtain a maximum allowed height of the road. The method effectively improves accuracy of the obtained maximum allowed height, to improve driving performance. In particular, in a driving process, a height of a road target is effectively monitored, and decision control can be made accordingly. This improves safety of road driving.
