A burner head (54) for a fuel manifold (50), the burner head comprising: a mains fuel injector (66); a pilot fuel injector (64); a fuel source (52); a first isolation valve (60, 94) connected to the fuel source; and a staging valve (62). The staging valve is connected to the first isolation valve (60, 94), and the staging valve (62) has a mains fuel conduit (80) connected to the mains fuel injector (66) and a pilot fuel conduit (82) connected to the pilot fuel injector (64). The first isolation valve (60, 94) and the staging valve (62) are connected in series, such that fuel from the fuel source (52) must pass through the first isolation valve (60, 94) before arriving at the staging valve (62).
