The present invention relates to an HV busbar made of dissimilar metals and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly to an HV busbar configured to connect a plurality of battery modules to each other, the HV busbar (100) including a conductor including a first metal plate (110) and a second metal plate (120) and an insulative resin coating layer on the outer circumferential surface of the conductor, wherein a first metal (111) constituting the first metal plate (110) and second metals (121) having a lower melting temperature than the first metal (111) are mixed in the second metal plate (120) in the state in which the second metals are dispersed.
