The present invention relates to a cathode slurry composition for a lithium secondary battery, a cathode, and a lithium secondary battery comprising same and, more specifically, when the cathode for a lithium secondary battery is prepared by comprising a slurry coating process, the cathode is prepared using a thixotropic cathode slurry composition capable of ensuring the flowability to flexibly respond to a change in slurry coating rate, thereby increasing the processability in the manufacturing of the cathode for a lithium secondary battery.
