The present disclosure is applicable to the technical field of vehicles, and provides a jumper cable for emergency start of vehicles, an integrated starting power supply device, and a vehicle starting method. The jumper cable includes input terminals, clamping ends, and a charging portion. The charging portion includes a main charging circuit, a bypass charging circuit, and a microcontroller. The microcontroller is configured to control the bypass charging circuit to be switched on to pre-charge a vehicle battery and control the main charging circuit to be switched on to charge the vehicle battery when a relative relationship between an output voltage and an input voltage of the bypass charging circuit meets a preset loading condition so as to enable a vehicle to be started and ignited.
