The present application relates to a battery, an electric device, and a battery manufacturing method and device. The battery comprises: multiple battery cells configured to be electrically connected to each other by means of a bus component, wherein each battery cell comprises a pressure relief mechanism activated to relieve the internal pressure of the battery cell when the internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold; and an insulation component used to cover the bus component, such that when a pressure relief mechanism of one of the battery cells is actuated, a substance discharged from said battery cell is prevented from short-circuiting at least one of the other battery cells. The bus component is covered by the insulation component, such that when one or more of faulty battery cells discharge a substance, part of the discharged substance can be prevented from being ejected onto conductive objects such as the bus component, thereby reducing the probability of short circuits or high-voltage ignition of battery cells.
