The present invention relates to a battery module and a battery pack including the same, and the battery module according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked; a module frame surrounding the battery cell stack; a busbar frame covering the front/rear surfaces of the battery cell stack exposed from the module frame; and an end plate covering the busbar frame, wherein the module frame includes a lower frame covering the lower part and both sides of the battery cell stack, and an upper plate covering the upper part of the battery cell stack, and at least one assemble guide part is formed at the corner of the lower frame that joins the upper plate.
