An actuator is operably connected to the cable to reel-in the cable and draw the at least one top pulley wheel towards the at least one bottom pulley wheel to lower the associated vehicle body. The actuator further reels-out the cable to permit the at least one top pulley wheel to move away from the at least one bottom pulley wheel to raise the associated vehicle body.",
