The Printed Circuit Board () is received inside a casing () along one bus bar (). The bus bar () includes at least one bus bar terminal (), wherein at least one bus bar terminal () connects a corresponding heating element () to the Printed Circuit Board (). The terminal pin () is integrally formed with at least one bus bar terminal () and is disposed outside the casing ().
