The method includes: obtaining first spatial coordinates of a finger, where the first spatial coordinates are coordinates in a three-dimensional coordinate system; determining, based on the first spatial coordinates, a first direction to which the finger points; and adjusting a parameter of a target device, or displaying information about a target object based on the first direction.",
