ELECTRODE STRUCTURE AND ALL-SOLID SECONDARY BATTERY INCLUDING THE SAME

Provided are an electrode structure and an all-solid secondary battery including the electrode structure. The electrode structure includes a cathode layer, an anode layer, and a solid electrolyte layer between the cathode layer and the anode layer. The cathode layer includes a cathode current collector and a cathode active material layer on at least one surface of the cathode current collector and the anode layer includes an anode current collector and an anode active material layer on at least one surface of the anode current collector. A base area of the solid electrolyte layer is larger than the base area of the cathode layer and the anode layer. The cathode layer and the anode layer are centrally positioned on the solid electrolyte layer in such a way that there is an extension of width on at least two sides of the solid electrolyte layer. An electrically insulating layer covers a side surface of the electrode structure in such a way that at least a space extending laterally next to the cathode layer and the anode layer and having the same width as the extension of the solid electrolyte layer is filled by the insulating layer.
