The present application reduces the loss of the voltage regulating circuit and improves the utilization rate of power supply by acquiring the electrical parameters at different preset switching frequencies, and accordingly determining corresponding efficiencies of the voltage regulating circuit, and then controlling the power tube to take the preset switching frequency corresponding to the highest efficiency among the corresponding efficiencies as the working frequency.",
