[PROBLEM] To provide a drive device for an electric truck having a steering performance of a steering angle of 0° to 180° while satisfying a desired suspension performance. [0002] [SOLUTION] A drive device for an electric truck having double-tires 2 includes drive unit housings 15 respectively included in drive units 10 provided to each of the left and right double-tires 2, suspension parts 20 and steering gear parts 30. The drive unit housing 15 integrally accommodates a motor 11 that generates drive power, a reducer 12 that reduces a rotation speed of the motor 11, and a final gear 14 that is connected to the reducer 12 and transfers the drive power of the motor 11 to a drive shaft 13 of the double-tire 2. The suspension part 20 is integrally integrated with above the final gear 14 in the drive unit housing 15. The steering gear part 30 is integrally integrated with above the suspension part 20 and is configured to be steerable the double-tire 2.
