An operation lever 41 is coupled to the pressing member 31 via a coupling shaft 49 disposed apart from the support shaft 38, is movable relative to the pressing member 31 between a fixed position and a release position about the coupling shaft 49, and includes an operation input portion 41a and an engaging portion 42. A distance L1 between the coupling shaft 49 and the operation input portion 41a is longer than a distance L2 between the coupling shaft 49 and the engaging portion 42. The engaged portion 51 is engaged with the engaging portion 42 of the operation lever 41 when the pressing member 31 is in the closed position and the operation lever 41 is in the fixed position.",
