The present invention relates to an electrode lead bending and welding apparatus including a base portion movable in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction, a bending portion attached to the base portion in a state of extending downwards, and a sensing portion attached to the bending portion so as to be rotatable, wherein welding between an electrode lead and a busbar is performed in the state in which the electrode lead is bent by the bending portion, and an electrode lead welding method using the same.
