The disclosed computer-implemented method may include creating a digital transportation pass that allows transportation requestor devices to request transportation via the digital transportation pass within a multi-modal transportation ecosystem. The method may further include receiving a transportation request from a transportation requestor device. The method may also include determining that the transportation request satisfies one or more redemption criteria for redeeming the digital transportation pass, and then fulfilling the transportation request in response to determining that the transportation request satisfies the redemption criteria.
