Disclosed herewith a hydraulic composite bushing (100, 200) and a sealing method for same. The hydraulic composite bushing (100, 200) comprises: a core shaft (10, 210), with a continuously spiral fluid channel groove (11, 211) formed on an outer surface thereof; a rubber member (20, 220), arranged around the core shaft (10, 210), and having two recesses formed radially outside of the fluid channel groove (11, 211) and radially opposite to each other; a support ring (30, 230) arranged around the rubber member (20, 220), covering the fluid channel groove (11, 211) to form hydraulic chambers (40, 240) for accommodating hydraulic fluid; an outer cover (50, 250) pressing on the support ring (30, 230) from a radially outer side thereof; and a sealing device (80) provided at each end of a fluid channel tube (60, 260) arranged within the fluid channel groove (11, 211). Two ends of the fluid channel tube (60, 260) pass through the rubber member (20, 220) radially to extend into two hydraulic chambers (40, 240) respectively, so that said two hydraulic chambers (40, 240) are in communication with each other through the fluid channel tube (60, 260). One end of the sealing device (80) is arranged inside the flow channel groove (11, 211) and the other end thereof passes through the rubber member (20, 220) to extend into the hydraulic chambers, thus forming a seal between the flow channel pipe (60, 260) and the flow channel groove (11, 211).
