A soft cover 11 wound around the outer periphery of the airbag module 1 includes:a first side part 11a that extends from between a side frame SF where the airbag module 1 is attached to the side frame SF and the inflator 3 stowed in the cushion 2 along the side surface of the folded cushion 2 on the frame side toward the front,a front end part 11b wound around the end part of the cushion 2 towards the front of the vehicle,a second side part 11c extending along the side surface of the cushion 2 on the side opposite the frame toward the rear of the vehicle,a rear end part 11d wound around the end part of the cushion 2 toward the rear of the vehicle, andan engaging part 11e that overlaps with a portion of the first side part 11a and engages with the stud bolt 3a of the inflator 3.
