GROMMET

The grommet includes an opposing portion that opposes a portion surrounding a mounting hole in a vehicle body panel , and a second water-blocking portion that extends from the opposing portion and comes in contact with the vehicle body panel . The second water-blocking portion is formed in an annular shape that is to surround the mounting hole . The second water-blocking portion is provided with a base portion that extends from the opposing portion toward the vehicle body panel , a first lip portion that extends from the leading end of the base portion and comes in contact with the vehicle body panel , and a second lip portion that extends from the leading end of the base portion and comes in contact with the vehicle body panel
