The present invention relates to an electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery and to a lithium secondary battery comprising same. More specifically, the electrolyte comprises a polymer compound represented by chemical formula 1 and thus can improve the high-temperature durability, stability, and lifespan properties of a lithium secondary battery.
