The slurry composition contains a particulate polymer and a solvent. The particulate polymer has a core-shell structure including a core portion and a shell portion at least partially covering an outer surface of the core portion. The particulate polymer has a glass-transition temperature of 20° C. or higher and has a surface acid content of not less than 0.05 mmol/g and not more than 0.50 mmol/g.",
