An object of the present invention is to provide an electric work vehicle capable of preventing decrease in a length of a cargo bed (load capacity) due to mounting a PTO unit while influence of change in layout of an under-cab region in a case in which the PTO unit is mounted is reduced. The electric work vehicle 1 having a PTO unit 30 including: left and right main frames 11 that are paired and extend in the vehicle front-rear direction, a cab 15 provided in the front portion of the main frame 11 in the vehicle front-rear direction, an electrical component unit 40 disposed on the main frame in a position lower than a lower surface of the cab 15, a compressor 33 driving, by a mounted body 20, a work machine 22 for executing a predetermined work, and a mounted motor 31 for supplying rotational power, by electric power of a battery 12, to a compressor 33. In the PTO unit 30, the mounter motor 31 is disposed in a position lower than the lower surface of the cab 15 and lower than the electrical component unit 40. The compressor 33 is disposed behind the mounted motor 31.
