[Task] To provide a vehicle door structure capable of suppressing local deformation of a boundary section in a door outer panel. [0002] [Solution] The vehicle door structure includes: a door outer panel 12 including a projected section 28 that is projected outward in a vehicle width direction, a recessed section 29 that is separated from the projected section 28 and formed to be recessed inward in the vehicle width direction, and a boundary section α between the projected section 28 and the recessed section 29; and a panel reinforcement 30 that is fixed to an inner surface in the vehicle width direction of the door outer panel 12. The panel reinforcement 30 includes: a first frame section 31 that extends in a vehicle front-rear direction; and a second frame section 32 that is provided at the position that overlaps with in the boundary section α in the vehicle side view and is configured to be able to transmit a load to the first frame section 31 at the time when the load in an inward direction of the vehicle width direction is applied to the boundary section a.
