ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY, BATTERY CELL, BATTERY AND POWER-CONSUMING APPARATUS

This application discloses an electrode assembly, a battery cell, a battery, and an electric apparatus. The electrode assembly in the embodiments of this application includes: at least one first electrode plate which includes a first body portion and a first tab, where the first body portion has a first end portion in a first direction, and the first tab is connected to the first end portion; and at least one second electrode plate whose polarity is opposite to that of the first electrode plate, where the second electrode plate includes a second body portion and a second insulation portion connected to the second body portion, the first body portion and the second body portion are stacked in a direction perpendicular to the first direction, the second body portion has a second end portion close to the first tab in the first direction, and the second insulation portion covers at least part of the second end portion so as to separate the first tab from the second end portion when the first tab is bent. The second insulation portion can reduce risks of the first tab contacting the second end portion when the first tab is bent, improving safety performance of the electrode assembly.
