The positioning and connecting plate on each layer includes the batteries in M rows and N columns to form battery pack units. All the battery pack units perform output alone or perform output after being connected in series or in parallel to form a battery pack. Each battery includes a metal shell and a cell filled in the shell. The shell includes an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder. The inner cylinder is located in a through hole in the center of the outer cylinder. A gap is formed between a side wall of the inner cylinder and a secondary outer wall of the outer cylinder. The cell includes an outer cell and an inner cell.",
