Feed circuits (23, 24) are fluidly coupled with the source outlet (44) in parallel. The feed circuits (23, 24) include a first feed circuit (24) and a second feed circuit (23). The second feed circuit (23) includes a pump (50) with a pump inlet (52) and a pump outlet (54). A bypass circuit (25) is fluidly coupled with the pump inlet (52) and the pump outlet (54). A bleed circuit (26) is fluidly coupled with the first feed circuit (24). A flow regulator (27) is configured to regulate flow through the bypass circuit (25) during a first mode of operation and a second mode of operation. The flow regulator (27) is configured to close the bleed circuit (26) during the second mode of operation. A sensor system (32) is configured to monitor fluid flow directed to the first feed circuit (24) and/or the second feed circuit (23).",
